The IPA celebrates agencies that have achieved CPD Gold Accreditation

The IPA is celebrating the 41 agencies that have achieved CPD Gold Accreditation for their exceptional professional development programmes, and outstanding investment in the professional development and wellbeing of their employees throughout 2023.

The IPA CPD Gold scheme recognises and reward agencies who demonstrate a genuine culture of learning, bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry and enhancing clients’ brands and agencies’ worth as a result.

CPD Gold agencies continue to prove that investment in learning and development is a business imperative, with some outstanding examples of CPD culture, innovation and effectiveness. On average, the CPD Gold agencies earned £5.40 return on every £1 invested in learning and development in 2023, retained 91% of clients, and saved £286,420 on recruitment costs with an average staff turnover of 28%. This compares to an industry wide turnover figure of 31.2% reported in the 2023 IPA Agency Census.

Cravens, MI Media and Red Brick Road have achieved CPD Gold for the first time.

Twenty-seven agencies also achieved CPD Platinum Accreditation for sustained CPD excellence, by earning CPD Gold at least four times over a five-year period.
