Caroline Parkes to Join Wonderhood Studios as Chief Experience Officer

Wonderhood Studios is launching a new capability in customer experience and relationship management under the leadership of Caroline Parkes.

Caroline will join Jessica Lovell, Aidan McClure and Alex Best in September to lead the creative agency and build a team of specialists to complement Wonderhood’s established offering in advertising, data insight, social content and premium television.

Caroline is a multi-award-winning strategic leader who is currently chief strategy officer at Rapp UK and chair of The Direct Marketing Awards Committee. Across her wide-ranging career, she has led breakthrough campaigns across a range of industries including retail, telecoms, financial services and FMCG. Caroline is one of the most respected senior leaders today in delivering effective and creative customer experience for brands and platforms.
