GAS™ Music Receives BAFTA Nomination for BBC Winter Olympics Campaign

On 22nd March, GAS™ Music received their first BAFTA nomination for their work on the BBC’s Winter Olympics campaign. Teaming up with Hungarian director Balázs Simon of Blinkink and BBC Creative, GAS™ delivered a score that fused the traditional sounds of China with contemporary cinematic composition. In addition to a 40 second trailer, GAS™ also worked on a 30 second title sequence used across all of the BBC’s coverage. The work has been nominated in the ‘Titles & Graphic Identity’ category. The results will be announced on April 23rd at the BAFTA Television Craft Awards at The Brewery, London.
