Josh Green has been appointed as the new chief creative officer of House 337, reporting into CEO Phil Fearnley. The appointment will see House 337 transition from a collective creative leadership model to a unified creative vision under Josh's guidance.

In his new role, Josh brings a wealth of experience, having previously launched and led House 337's sports practice and served as executive creative director at Octagon in both New York and London. His background encompasses sports, fashion, and culture, with a proven track record of creating different shaped ideas fit for the modern world.

Phil Fearnley, CEO of House 337, expressed confidence in Josh's appointment, stating, "Josh doesn’t fit a mould. And that’s what makes him perfect for this role. He brings broad experience, a razor-sharp strategic sensibility, and an alchemic approach to team building. Under his leadership, we’re poised to do more work that solves our clients’ biggest challenges. Since joining last year, Josh has been instrumental in our creative transformation, including the acquisition of AI agency Vixen Labs and the launch of our sports practice."

Josh shared his enthusiasm for his new role, saying, “Leading the creative agenda at one of London's most iconic agencies is a great privilege and an enormous responsibility. I couldn’t be more excited to help author House 337’s next chapter. In my heart, I believe that creativity is the catalyst for all progress. I look forward to working with the wonderfully diverse talent at House 337 to build the UK’s most progressive brands.”

Josh also emphasised his vision for the agency in relation to the state of the industry, "We are in the brand-building business. Sadly, we find the industry in the midst of an era that prioritises blandness and short-termism. I believe brands are built through creativity and commitment. There’s an old adage in screenwriting that says every scene must move the plot forward. It’s a mandate we apply to our work at House 337. We continually ask ourselves and our clients, how can today change tomorrow?"

Since rebranding, House 337 has established itself as a dominant agency in the UK, with a diverse client roster that includes long-standing partnerships with Santander (over 15 years), the Royal Navy and Sky (both over 10 years). The agency has recently created noteworthy work for E.ON, England and Wales Cricket Board, Simply Be.

House 337 has garnered significant creative recognition, ranked as the number four UK agency for creativity in Warc’s Creative 100 rankings. Multi-award-winning work includes the 'He’s Coming Home' campaign for Women’s Aid which was awarded a Gold Lion at Cannes last year.
