Sydney Opera House Teams Up with MCs Skepta and A$AP Rocky
Sydney Opera House in collaboration with Infinity Squared and director, Matthew Earl, have lifted the veil on the backstage rituals and live performance of the first ever grime artist to perform beneath the sails at the iconic building.
Alongside the exclusive backstage access of two of the world biggest musicians, the video also depicts the stark contrast between the genres people might expect to be playing at the Sydney Opera House and the electronic sounds of grime and hip hop.
Skepta, one of the most ground-breaking MCs of the decade, made his Sydney Opera House debut earlier this month bringing his signature bass-heavy bravado and menacing style to the Concert Hall stage alongside a guest appearance by A$AP Rocky.
