The Hive Makes New Hires and Promotions

The Hive is growing, and with growth comes the need to bring in an expanded roster of senior talent to help shape the independent agency’s next stage of expansion.

Leading the client services team is Hilary Roberts as VP, client services. Over her storied career at Canadian indie shops Zulu Alpha Kilo and Rethink, Hilary has built and led dynamic teams who have partnered with Canada’s most lauded and respected brands. 

As a response to increasing volume and complexity of productions at the Hive, the agency has hired Ben Sulzenko as their new head of production. Ben is one of the most respected and sought after producers in the country, reflecting a new bread of production excellence that marries skilled experience with an innovation mindset.  

Growth is also announced from within as the Hive is thrilled to announce the promotion of Mike Albrecht and Ryan Speziale to creative directors. Over the past two years since joining the Hive, Mike & Ryan have not only helped to shape the creative bar at the agency, but also been behind some of it’s best work, including the Hive’s latest Brave Is Unbeatable platform for the Canadian Olympic Committee.
