How it started.

The Works was founded in a van by two creative people 21 years ago who believed in a more efficient way of working. We put creatives on the forefront to ensure our clients get great work and achieve business growth via an agile model with fewer layers.

Where we are today.

Today, we’re still driven by that same ambition. From an EDM to a Brand Platform, we approach each brief with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset. Our ideas are connected across all platforms that meet at the intersection of technology, culture and innovation. In 2021, The Works proudly became part of Capgemini, a global leader in digital transformation.
