The trio partner with Little Black Book’s global advertising award to support Irish creativity on the world stage by identifying and championing the market’s best creative work
The Immortal Awards has announced that The Brill Building, Banjoman and Screen Scene have teamed up to support this year’s Irish jury.

The trio - composed of an independent agency, production company and post house - are partnering with Little Black Book’s global advertising award to bring the jury day to life in Dublin in October.

The market’s best brand, agency, production and post leaders will come together to identify and champion the best of Irish creativity from the last year, showcasing the projects and the people behind them to a global audience.

Roisin Keown, founder and ECD of The Brill Building, says “Sponsoring The Immortal Awards is an important way for us to do what we can to help elevate Irish creativity on the national stage.  The ambition and achievement of Irish agencies has grown so much in the last few years with a generation of young talent who can now confidently believe work made when they start their career in Ireland can launch them to an international career. Similarly, our clients have grown in their ambition, seeking the profile for their brands, judgement and careers that work awarded beyond Ireland brings.”

Dermot Malone, founding partner of Banjoman, says, “Imposter syndrome aside, we are now two-time proud winners of the #1 Irish Production Company of the Year at the Immortals. As such, it felt like a nice time to join forces with the team at LBB to celebrate Irish creativity on the international stage. We are psyched for the next year of events and can’t wait to see all of the inspiring work that comes through. LBB is an important partner of ours throughout the calendar year and to see our brands aligned is a lovely thing.”

Sinead Bagnall, head of commercial at Screen Scene, says, “Screen Scene is delighted to support The Immortal Awards for the second year running! We believe these awards showcase the very best of creativity, diversity, talent and truly recognise and elevate the work of the nominees. We are proud supporters.”

Paul Monan, awards director at The Immortal Awards, says, “The Irish jury day is one of our favourite days of the year, traditionally kicking off the in person jury sessions that we host each year. Ireland is a country and market that we have seen incredible growth in over the last few years, with the creative bar heightening year on year as the quality of both ideation and craft increases. We’re incredibly grateful to the teams at Brill Building, Banjoman and Screen Scene for their commitment to supporting and championing local creativity and working with us to amplify it on a global stage.”

Having been a partner for the 2023 competition too, Roisin adds, “Our agency has been supported by the work of all the team at Little Black Book since the very beginning of our journey as a start-up just four years ago. Without question they have helped bring the attention and recognition to our campaigns that has made us Ireland's most awarded and most effective new creative agency. Their ambition for the work and the industry - and Ireland! - matches ours. Now as we look to our next stage of growth and are winning top European and international awards for The Brill Building campaigns, we want to shoot for greatness. Sharing the goal of the Immortals - to share and see the best work from each country and have the local industry really interrogate what values and standards we want our work to represent means we're super honoured to be supporting the work of this awards show for 2024.”

The Immortal Awards entry system is now open and entries into competition will be accepted until September 5th 2024. All entries must be made for a commissioning client, and must have first aired, broadcast, displayed, launched or published between September 1st 2023 and August 31st 2024.
