Havas’ Vicki Maguire, McCann London's Lynsey Atkin and Edelman's Emma de la Fosse among list of names to feature on this year’s UK jury at Little Black Book’s global advertising award, supported by Framestore and Company 3
The Immortal Awards has revealed the names of the advertising leaders who will sit on the 2024 UK jury.

The jury will convene in London on October 16th for the UK jury day, which this year is being supported by Framestore and Company 3. The jury will decide which projects, if any, will be crowned the best of British advertising and go on to represent the market in the regional round of European judging.

Joining the group are standout creatives and leaders from across the brand, agency, production and post worlds.

Amongst the jury are winners from last year’s Immortal Awards, including Vicki Maguire, chief creative officer of Havas London, and Russell Icke, editor at Whitehouse Post, who were both part of Vanish’s Commendation winning Me, My Autism and I project. Uncommon Creative Studio, who received a Commendation for British Airways’ A British Original, is represented by executive creative director Benny Everitt.

Also included are McCann London's incoming chief creative officer Lynsey Atkin and the vastly experienced Emma de la Fosse, chief creative officer of Edelman.

Two independent agencies feature on the jury, made up of Richard Denney, joint chief creative officer, St Luke's, and Aidan McClure, founder and chief creative officer, Wonderhood Studios.

There is a strong production and post production contingent in the form of James Morris, CEO creative transformation, EMEA, Publicis Production, Fran Thompson, managing director, Park Pictures, Kamen Markov, creative director advertising, Framestore and Amanda Luckwell, co-founder and owner, UNIT.

The Immortal Awards 2024 UK Jury has been announced as follows:

  • Lynsey Atkin, incoming chief creative officer, McCann London
  • Richard Denney, joint chief creative officer, St Luke's
  • Benny Everitt, executive creative director, Uncommon Creative Studio
  • Emma de la Fosse, chief creative officer, Edelman
  • Russell Icke, editor, Whitehouse Post
  • Amanda Luckwell, co-founder and owner, UNIT
  • Vicki Maguire, chief creative officer, Havas London
  • Kamen Markov, creative director advertising, Framestore
  • Aidan McClure, founder and chief creative officer, Wonderhood Studios
  • James Morris, CEO Creative Transformation, Publicis Groupe EMEA
  • Fran Thompson, managing director, Park Pictures London

Commenting on the jury, Paul Monan, awards director at The Immortal Awards, says, “The UK jury day is one we’re particularly fond of as London is the home and HQ of Little Black Book and the Immortals. Thanks to the continued support of Framestore and Company 3, who are our jury partners for the third consecutive year, we’ll be running an in-person day with an incredible group of creative minds. We can’t wait to see what comes out on top as this is a fiercely competitive, world-leading market that consistently creates award-winning work.”

More additions to the jury may be made in the coming weeks. Further regional and local juries will also be announced in the coming weeks.

The Immortal Awards entry system is now open and entries into competition will be accepted until September 5th 2024. All entries must be made for a commissioning client, and must have first aired, broadcast, displayed, launched or published between September 1st 2023 and August 31st 2024.
