Elliott Baker is directing duo, Billy Elliott and Tom Baker. When the pair aren't dancing or attending Dr Who conventions they specialise in stylized, crafted and compelling 2D animation for commercials, idents and short films. Between them they have drawn so many pictures you have probably already seen their work.
